My next guest is Melody Thomas Scott. She is best known for her Emmy-nominated work in the iconic role of Nikki Newman, a character she’s played for forty years and counting on America’s number-one daytime television drama The Young and the Restless. Her memoir “Always Young and Restless” is a very motivational book. Readers will learn how she suffered at home with her grandmother, a compulsive hoarder whose cruelty as her guardian is shockingly extreme; abuse at the hands of industry men; the intensity of acting in feature films with Alfred Hitchcock and Clint Eastwood; and how she finally took control of her life and career, in a getaway move as daring as any on The Young and the Restless. We will be discussing her life, her career and overcoming the odds. Please welcome to Money Making Conversations, Melody Thomas Scott.

The founder and artist Latosha Stone channel her genuine love for skateboarding into creating custom skateboards, clothing, and art prints that are unlike any other brands. She is on the show to discuss being the First Black-Woman To Own A Skateboard Brand. Because of the pandemic, she was laid off from her main job, but the story gets better. Please welcome to Money Making Conversations, Latosha Stone.
My next guest is O’Neil Parker. He is a millennial real estate investor and an entrepreneur. He started in investing in real estate when he started watching YouTube videos and now owns over 2 million dollars in property.
